Operibus becomes part of Movement Software
Movement Software acquires Polish Operibus, which develops software solutions for public transport. The acquisition strengthens the group’s international presence while further developing the service offering within the Public Mobility vertical.
Operibus was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Wrocław, Poland. The core product, PublicTransport.online, is a platform that combines real-time information for travelers with advanced fleet management functions for traffic operators. The service is used by public transport companies to both improve the passenger experience and streamline their operations.
With the acquisition, Movement Software strengthens its presence in the Polish market, where it has been active for over ten years through subsidiary Infospread, which also offers digital solutions for public transport. With Operibus as a new part of the group, the company solidifies its position as an international player in digital mobility solutions.
